Delete your account

You can delete your Plan Your Trip account and all of its data at any time.

In the app

1. Sign in and open Profile and logo (on the phone: More → Profile and logo).
2. Scroll to Delete account and tap it.
3. Type your email address to confirm. The deletion is immediate.

Without the app

Write to info@planyourtrip.eu from the email address of your account and ask for deletion. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account (name, email, profile photo, business profile and logo).
• All your trips with their days, places, flights, lodging, expenses, notes and uploaded photos.
• Shared itinerary links (they stop working) and the client comments on them.
• Your notifications, sessions and invite link.

What is kept

If you paid for Pro, the record of each payment (amount, date, plan) is kept without your name or email for as long as tax law requires. An active Pro subscription is cancelled automatically when you delete the account; card and billing data stay with Lemon Squeezy under its own policy.
