Terms of Service

By using Plan Your Trip ("the app") you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The app helps tour guides and travellers plan itineraries (days, places, map, flights, lodging, expenses), export them to PDF and share them with clients. It offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. The service is still evolving and may change, be interrupted or have errors.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your email and password or with your Google account, and are responsible for activity under it. Keep your password private. Anyone can create an account; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the itineraries, texts and photos you add. You grant us only the permission needed to store, display, translate and share them as you choose. You must have the right to use what you upload (especially photos and logos) and must not upload illegal, misleading or offensive content.

4. Information accuracy

Place descriptions, photos, translations, addresses and flight data are gathered automatically from public sources (OpenStreetMap, Wikipedia, Wikimedia and others) and may be incomplete or wrong. Always check schedules, prices and bookings with the official providers. The guide is responsible for the information sent to their clients.

5. Shared links

Anyone who has the link to a shared itinerary can view it and send comments. Do not include sensitive personal data (passport numbers, booking codes you want to keep private) in shared trips.

6. Fair use

Do not attempt to access other users' data, overload the service, or use it to send spam.

7. Plans and payments

New accounts get a free Pro trial. After that, the free plan allows a limited number of trips and shows a "Made with" badge on shared pages. Pro is a subscription for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, paid in advance and renewed automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, which also charges any applicable VAT and handles invoices and refunds under its own terms. You can cancel at any time from "My subscription"; Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid. Prices may change for future periods with advance notice; nothing is charged without your consent. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Invite a friend: when someone who signed up with your personal link pays for Pro for the first time, you receive 2 free months (up to 12 per year). Free months are applied by skipping your upcoming payments or by extending your Pro access. Self-referrals or abuse cancel the reward.

8. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, missed connections, bookings or decisions made based on the app's content.

9. Ending use

You may stop using the app at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. We may end the beta with reasonable notice so you can export your itineraries (PDF).

10. Changes and contact
